Way too much random brushing here. You're totally killing the focus of the picture with it. The colors also don't really flow well with the picture. The girl simply doesn't belong in that chaotic brush field.

Fine, i tried to make a honest and helpful comment. I'll just go ahead and say how I feel. I think it looks like crap. The color sucks, it's too chaotic, and the random black blur on her face is annoying. The pink that is there for whatever reason, needs help...and yeah... The volcano exploding over her left shoulder is weird. The random sharpness and weird boxes, and the poor street trying to escape from her evil hand needs work...k? There...\
