Selling stock images is not allowed unless you own re-sale rights to them.
If you do have re-sale rights, which is what you stated above, show some proof. Otherwise, I'm afraid a staff member will close this topic.
Might I ask, how do you have re-sale value to them, showing some history of where you purchased re-sale rights for them would be nice.
