Lucid Dreaming is a difficult task to accomplish. You need to practice it for ALOT longer than a few months though, but don't give up, either way you're going to be dreaming at night. I have been able to control my dreams to a certain extent, like "Oh ----, i'm dreaming, awesome" then in a minute or so I lost lucidity, it's really difficult to do, but i'm sure you'll get the hang of it eventually. I've been able to realize that i'm dreaming, but I don't have full control, it's weird.
that's absolutely nuts dude... you can like... do whatever you want, except your dreaming... that's sooooooo nuts
Alright, i've read through some of the pages but still don't understand. Where does it actually say HOW to do it?
mind - blowing stuff there i'd love to try but theres too much work and i have very iregular sleeping patterns its 4:16 am as i post this
Its different for different people, its not always ALOT longer than a few months, I've been doing it for two months and im at the same stage as you are, although I must say I prefer the FILD method as it seems too soothe you as well
I think this is very possible. Although, after attending my psychology class at school, I will not attempt it. We have been over this subject several times, and we read about one man. Our dreams are a portal to our soul. What we dream is what we feel. One man always controlled his dreams, and after so long, his emotions got the best of him. Later he commited suicide. I dont think the risk is worth it, but its up to you.
