Boot in safe mode by pressing F8 most way... Do a virus scan there an both ad-aware and hijack this. I guess the anti virus is saying its still infected? If so, copy the name and search on it for google on a fix.
Reformmate, install zone alarm + AVG nothing can get through unless your stupid enough to open a virus
That's not true, but mostly a virus will just destroy so much things, it's not worth fixing it or it will just remove the virus and you'll still have problems which the virus has caused, like it doesn't want to load OS software. Sometimes you don't know even if a file contains a virus, there are so many different ways to hide a virus in a application, image or mp3...
uhh im pretty sure its fixed so you guys can stop posting cause i helped him and he said it stopped having the symptoms
Where in the registery would be spyware? lol and PHOENiX GFX, spyware does not get removed by removing your cookies
Restart the computer in safe mode with networking, update spybot and adaware. And do seperate scans for both. Just do quick scans. After that, delete anything it finds, then go to start>run>msconfig, then disable any programs you aren't really using or looks suspicious. Thats what I did when I had spyware.
