Heh iv been playing video game since I was at least 5 and I'm skinny. You'd think video games would make people skinny considering that they spend more times playing video games and less time eating tons of food. But ya, it mostly involves genes/metabolism/etc. My dad was always skinny untill he was around 20, and then he got large. Not obese but big. The same thing happened to his father and so on, so I expect it to happen to me.
i personally think it is just a stereotype that has been slapped onto gamers. i have seen many gaming tournaments and know tons of gamers and none of them look even remotely fat. the fattest people at those tournaments all happen to be the managers for each gaming team.
I wish i would gain weight from sitting on the computer everyday but i guess i havent im like underweight lol
I play like 2-3hrs a day on weekdays and like 6 a day on weekends... but it depends on when I have to work, etc... but I stay fit with football, working out, (My Girlfriend hehehehe) and stuff... so it all depends on how the spend there life outside of gaming
OMG SEX TAPE FTW JK I'm not overweight, and I'm an avid gamer. Gears of War is awesome, I beat it today. I stay fit with exercise, eating healthy and being cool.
uhu i play games alot..2-3 hours a day..naw i dont exercise naw im not fat..i just got a good metabolism so all i do is eat play and not get fat..sucks for u other people tho..
Gamming has nothing to do with you're weight, the fact that YOU CHOOSE to stay inside all day playing video games and eating McDonalds everyday makes you fat.
Me too... Im a hardcore gamer... and I'm like the skinniest in my class... maybe even my grade level. (Doesn't mean I don't eat or exercise)... im just skinny lol.
