I made about $285 in best Buy gift cards this XMas, as well as about $145 in cash..I want to buy a 30 GB iPod video.. but I was told by my sisters boyfriend that you have to subscribe to put videos on it, and that it costs money... I think that's rediculous if it's true.. I have about 10-15 videos on my computer that I'd want to put on there... and he explained that if I tried to do that, it would be, pretty much, piracy. and I don't want to do that.... Can somebody please clarify for me. Thank you.
If you want to buy videos from apple on itunes you have to pay. But there are programs that can convert your dvd's into files compatible to be viewed on your ipod.
You can buy Video's from iTunes like songs, gotta pay for those but not sunscribe to them lol xD not a magazine
Oh.. So I can just order 'em off iTunes.. okay.. what about if I have videos already on my computer, and I just converted them to iPod format... should I delete the conversion program now, or something? Cuz I don't feel like havin the FBI show up at my door... well..probably break-in my door.
Don't worry about it If you have it on ur comp and u own it or something then u can put it on there anyway, thats what I do, or just subscribe to a free video podcast like the Daily Nut, its funny
They wouldn't do that, they go after real criminals and they would probably have a hard time telling if its real or not because u can buy vids and download them now..They go after people that either placed the movie on the net or some1 that is making a living out of being a pirate I got a video and a shuffle the little tiny 1 they are both awesome
are you sure? i have about 8-10 videos, that are all downloaded... i converted them to iPod video format (MPEG4) and i was also told that I'm basically hacking into Apple if I do this, and that Apple has a really good Anti-Hacking system type thing... Sorry if I seem paranoid.. I just don't want to be fined or anything.... :unsure:
I do it all the time. I download music videos and convert them if they already aren't. No big deal. If you have them on your computer already then what's the big deal with putting them on the iPod?
Don't worry.. They'd go for me first. XP But yah, understandable reason. GL with this, you should be all ok with these people helping... I just throw in some nice remarks here and there
If they had an anti-hacking thing that didn't permit that you wouldn't be able to put any videos on there since they are all MP4 anyway
shoulda got the creative zen m, all around better and dont gotta go through any of the bull---- apple puts you through, and they got zencast, you can pick a theme and you can pick a wallpaper: heres mine if anyone cares made er myself
