imo this is a h0ax i got over 2000 hours on socom and im only 140pounds.... and imo doing stuff will make u even better at gaming than playin it 24/7....
I play video games, and I don't go outside too often, but I try to make up for it by working out 3-4 times a week, so I'm not overweight. It's just that most overweight gamers do nothing but play video games.
I play Games very often im average weight and lift weights every week It depends on the person if u are lazy and play Games u will become Fat
I would say I'm an average gamer, but I'm nowhere near overweight. I do spend a lot of time gaming, but then again I'm a pretty active guy: I go to the gym 4 time a week, I do athletics, Basketball, etc. I guess I've just got my priorities right.
I DO think that not the majority, but a large part of gamers is overweight. Some gamers do nothing but play all day and not get any exercise. Me? I play a couple hours of 360 a day, but the rest of the day I'm out playing basketball. I'm very fit. So it's just a matter of lifestyle.
amen, it just depends on the person if they wanna be active or not, I'm a gamer myself but I also skate most of the time too
there are alot of overweight gamers, but i wouldn't say the majority. It depends on how long they play games and if they are active before or after they play for hours. It is ignorant to say that most are overweight...probably say that because their child got fat lol. Exercise is the key...not everyday, like everyother day or every 2 days.
Basically their fault for nothing going excersing & eating right. I play games for 2-3 hours a day and am well fit, they just have to understand to go outside and interact with life... Well it's their choice and they blew it..
I play a ton of games. I am 6'1 and I weigh 250, now you probably thing that I am overweight? Nope, buy the BMI rate I am, but by my doctor says Im in the most healthy shape of my life. Not to mention not only do I play games. I play football, wrestle, track, and I play golf for my highschool. Im what you call a BIG Gamer.
