outta nowhere my printer jus stopped printing, i put in some new ink let it charge but when i click print it prints a blank page the drivers are updated, but i wanted to re-install so after uninstall i try installing it from the CD it came with but get this http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/5389/untitledxe8.jpg any ideas?
Microsoft have a fix. However, you are running an outdated version of the driver anyway - so perhaps before trying the fix, update the driver from the manufacturer's website? Anyway - here's the fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324767
