Hey everyone im having a problem with my ipod. I just updated my ipod and now when ever I plug it in to my usb port it doesn't show up on my computer or itunes. I also tried this at my friends house computer and it still doesn't work. The ipod also freezes sometimes when its pluged in and doesnt reset when I hold the on and off button it stays frozen untill the battery dies please help!
Have you dropped it etc, lately? The cable maybe defect (that happened to me once.) Try another one. If that doesnt work, your ipod is on it's way out. Send it back for a brand new free one (i hope you still have warranty)!
