Yes, lets do it. This prize is worth a hell load, whether you use PS or not.

I guess I'll give it a try. I would do a lot of things for a legal copy of Photoshop.

Good, good. 3-4 weeks should be plenty to win something like that. :)

Oh yeah, I've done huge projects in 3-4 days before. 3-4 weeks is plenty of time. For this prize, you should get some really good entries, so mine probably won't compare all that well though.

Just wondering, since Cs3 is on the way, and the beta version has alreadt been released, would not the value of PS2 will decrease?

It's entirely possible, but the fact remains that they're giving away a legal copy of CS2. And for the time being, anyway, Adobe's going to continue selling CS2 at 600.00 USD. So for the sake of this contest, their information is accurate.

I don't really care. Either way, it will be cheaper to upgrade to CS3 than to buy the full version, plus, I have the CS3 beta, and it really doesn't add all that much imo. I already asked this in the other topic, but when exactly is this contest going to end?

I started working on one for a few hours tonight. Will work on it some more tomorrow. Maybe will finish it. If not I should have it done before Christmas.

I"m wondering as to whether or not this thing should be complicated and 56k friendly. I mean are you looking for something simple so its easy to code and a constiency so its easier to code and will load faster for 56k people???

We are still taking entries, we have not had the turn out we thought we might have had considering the 1st prize.

We are not real concerned with 56K limitations, but we also do not want a huge flash template that will take them 4-5 minutes to load either, we are looking for simple yet effective, the coding will be done later.
