I havent really explored the possabilty of the Zume. But I have had an Ipod for over a year and had no problems at all.
The Zune has only really just come out. There are most likely to be errors and bugs in the software needed for sync. I would stick with the leaders of the MP3 market and get an iPod. I quite like the new iPod Nanos, but thats just me talking. Do a little research on both the products and then you will be able to make a fair decission.
iPods are as fragile as china (not the country you moron!) and the customer service, in my experiences, suck.
iPod's are fine, respect them and they wont break, had my mini for 1 and a half years, isnt even looking a day older than the day I bought it...
Just got a 30 GB ipod for Christmas, it's great, never tired zune so probably a bit biased.but I've also never used an ipod before now, the interface is great and it's been working fine so far.
ive tried both, tbh i like the ipod more. the zune can transfer music and crap, but my guess is that it takes forever so thats pretty useless and its pretty chunky. go with a ipod
iPod hands down, i know their expensive but loading music with itunes is soooo fast and you cant beat the quality of the ipods...
