Ok, im getting Dell XPS 700 Crossfire, core 2 duo,2gigs ram(ill post all specs after i actuallry recieve it) My mom is dell in home customer support, so with her and 3 year warranty i have nothing to worry about.

Anyways..the 20" widescreen that Dell offers is not that impressive. Its 300$ and its only like 11ms..Ive seen better deals around than that so i decided to look for something else.

I want something in 19-21"LCD nice color, and great for gaming.preferably widescreen and under 300$..This would be greatly appreciated if u all could find some canidates

    below 8ms, your eyes can not differ a 2ms from a 6ms...

that is just a total waste of money...

8ms is perfect these days, just make sure you put it up to 75mhz, looks much clearer

Viewsonic is about 10x better then Samsung... and 19" widescreen is plenty of viewing space.

hmmm matter of opinion i suppose.

*i would actually recomend a samsung monitior they are the best "bang for your buck"

    i have a 22" widescreen (model225bw)

i bought it at bestbuy at a rediculous amount compared to what u can get it at online.

*not an unbiased opinion since ive owned both :P

I never heard of Samsung monitors.

I have 2 x 17" monitors, I got them cheap. One is a Hyvision, the other is PROVIEW

I have, however, heard of ViewSonic. They are on the top for excellent monitors. We have several CRT ones at work. It rocks..
