I Have A Forum Suggestion

I have a suggestion to change how we make Render and premium render posts.

Instead of Topic Title and Topic Description where ppl like to put 'TOTALLY AWSOME YEAH' how bout we replace that with 'Full Game title and/or subtitle' 'Render Description' 'And Image Size'. Then when u press 'add topic' it gives u two boxes just like it does now with Topic Title and Topic Description but it says 'Original Image' and 'Render'. I think it could really help, especially when you search. Now im gonna photoshop some pictures together so I can show what I think it could look like.

seriously though they need to sort out the renders section. in a way that its very easy to search for renders you want. i find it very difficult to search for a specific render

 

I reread that like 10 times before I realized you were only talking about the render section. I myself do not use it much, but that would really help out with searching. I am not sure if it is possible to modify a single forums post like that though.

 

most of the time, when i see a post requesting to find renders...majority of them will post planetrenders link cause its very easy to find renders there.

ive seen a few render sites with their own render gallery aside from the forums..and they have very few members...why cant GR have one?

remix's idea maybe be a good one to help sort out the render section. but wont have much of a change

 

I don't like how the search is 4 characters or more. Makes it impossible to find certain renders.

 

yeah, I agree, the four letter or higher limit is really annoying

Instead of Render Description I guess that it would be a good Idea to replace that with Subtitle instead of putting it into the first bar.

This does seem like a good idea but dont think it can be done for just one section,I have put it to staff too see what we come up with for you.

 

from wat i kno it cant be done but maybe just a rule that says you must post the renders Game title in the Topic title would help. I agree with wat a few said, it would definetly help the search and less people would be requesting renders

Ummm, yeah, that's what the gallery link at the top of the forums is for. It leads to the RENDER-ONLY gallery.
