    Well i just updated my gfx card AGAIN seeing as the old 1 broke and i was wondering if there is a program or something to check the temperature of your card?

    Also i dont understand about ram :P i went to the computer shop today and there was about 6 different types :P is 512mb 533mhz ok? :S

    for temps, try speedfan. for ram type, get CPUz.

    tell us the ram type CPuz comes up with (DDR or DDR2) and we can help

    How do i find out what kinda ram my com is using?

    i just installed it and ran it. it came up saying it will run but not show the specs or sumin :/

    ill try a different version.

    get the latest version from cpuid.com.

    as for your speedfan, 62 is very hot, I think thats your video card overheating. do you have just a stock fan on the gpu? see if it is running, maybe its not cooling well enough..

    Yeah its just the stock fan on it.. if its to hot why do they make gfx cards with fans that dont even work? :/

    and what could u do to cool it down?

    well, some have excellent fans on them. Others don't.

    you would need to find a replacement fan for your card. As I dont know which you have, I cant help you..

    nah prolly one of the easiest things to replace, what brand is your 7600GS cause i have 2 7600gs by PNY and the stock cooling on those works fine (note i do have 4 other powerful fans)

    if so then the heat its letting off must be fine.? but iv installed 2 more fans. a case fan exhuast thing? and some other thing 2day see how it goes, lol
