    Hello there,
You might've read the title, it says a much about me, my graphics never goes well, and I'd seriously appreciate some good help.

Since these forums are full of great people that give good constructive critisicsm I thought I'd ask some help here.

Lately I've been following this Tutorial:

    - I know it belongs to someone here, but I couldn't find it that quick.

So far this is my outcome :
    - Being around Step 20 of the Tutorial.

It looks very bad, it lacks depth and it isn't even compareable to the ~20est step of the Tutorial.

I'd aprpeciate tips, I can send the .psd on MSN, just PM me for my e-mail adress. Maybe you can watch it, and tell me what I did wrong.

    Thanks in advance !

Hmm..It looks like you missed the ripple step, try doing a small or medium ripple and using high settings, then erase some of it. Or do a liquify filter if ripple isn't working for you.

    wow,lol.

Erase it off of the sprite, and put it on a low opacity, then it would probably look better.

Yeah, I just did it, do a medium ripple with 818 for the amount, then you'll get a similar effect.

I'd recommend to get sprites with more flow into it, smudge different or with other brush and use more variety in colours to make things stand out, not too much tho.
