My call of duty 3 review on the Xbox. A great Call of Duty game. Worth playing. Long levels and a fun experience all the way through. Very well done game. I would say it is worth buying and playing. Very nice game. The Gameplay is quite nice. The basic controls take some getting used to but you will in no time at all. Now the new feature were you melee fight its amazingly well done and just a great new add to the Call of Duty series. The guns are pretty cool and realisitc with certain ways. It is just very cool to fight with. The reloading looks pretty realistic to. Overall the gameplay can't be explained well but in short words it is quite amazing. The storyline is the Battle of Normandy basically during WW2 I suppose. That much is understandable. It is were the Germans were in France and you play as the Americans, Polish, Canadiens and the British. You are suppose to just follow your objectifs like in all the others but this one wasn't as good in the actually play stage. When you are playing a level the action doesn't feel very intense. It's basic shooting with just following small objectifs. Nothing big. It just doesn't feel that right. The graphics are alright considering it's a Xbox 360 game on the Xbox. They made it look pretty good in actual gameplay. They look dirty but they didn't sharpen it enough and put alot of detail. Although the guns look great to me the people and the area around me doesn't look to precise. The cinematics however offer great graphics. Nice sharpened textures. Down side mostly is that the cinematics cut off with what you just did in the actual gameplay sometimes. Overall they did a nice job for an Xbox game. Congrats. Mostly this game is a shooter and is quite exciting. Contains alot of new things from the other Call of Duty's and is worth playing. Don't expect to much realisme in it, some parts don't seem like it would actually happen and not much intensity in the actual gameplay. I suggest playing normal as a first. A very nice review, the game looks really graphical and sounds really good. I may get the game on my new Nintendo Wii I am planning on getting. My friend said it was an amazing game, sounds a bit like Medal of Honour.
It's way different from medal of honor. It is alot better. And the Call of Duty 3 on Wii is pretty bad so I suggest maybe getting it on xbox or ps2 or something but not on Wii..
CoD 2 was a great game. CoD for the xbox, was great too... im just so greatly anticipating the release of MoH:A anyways, back on topic, nice review link. too bad its not coming out for the PC, since my mom broke my xbox 1 month after she got it for me for xmas.. >_< :'(
