Mac does not work on the Windows PC architecture.. You need a MAC PC in order to even start loading OSX...
actually master, OSX works on PCs... ever hear of the intel based macs? google osx86 as for installing two OSes, partition harddrive, install OSX on the other partition. Also, OSX will be utter ---- for you. There is absolutely no driver support whatsoever.
You can install OSx on a pc although it is illegal according to the EULA, if you want to install it though, just make a new partition as xelink said.

Then you should install The Acronis OS Selector so that you can Dual Boot and have 2 Operating Systems on one machine.
