YEah I got my 360 for £300. We get core for £200. Not worth getting though. You know what I'm going with him, cause all home entertainment was started by Nintendo, I know that there was the Atari and old game consoles, but if it was for the NES or the SNES then the whole video gaming would of died out, cause most of it was that they had those big arcade systems, but then the NES brought it home, so I go with the NES and the SNES over any systems today, cause they were the godfathers of gaming...^_^
The XBox is not a better system at all (Compare any specs you want to). The one's that sold for over a million dollars were shipped worldwide (2 to France and 1 to Australia that have been documented) and the proceeds were not to charity but to regular eBay sellers who promised over the night hand delivery. XBox has and will have better games? They are basing their entire system off the recently released Gears of War, Tom Clancy (Non-Exclusive), Call of Duty 3 (Non-exclusive) and the release of Halo3 sometime next year. That is it, THREE games that are currently out. Even with some games removed from the starting lineup of the PS3, by today the majority of those games have been released, with the last few coming out in January 2007. Sony has provided a much more diverse lineup which will hit a larger audience and prove more effective in the long run. You are saying the PS3 and Sony are going bye-bye? No company will die out with one poor investment (Not saying the PS3 is) and they will not discontinue a lineage of systems because of one bad case. (Look towards Sega's history) Neither the PS3 or the XBox will be going away any time soon, in my opinion we will see Nintendo leave the home console scene first and focus entirely on software and the portable systems. ummm i looked at the store and saw 100's of games for the 360 lol. but why do i need a harddrive? i dont want music, video, anything on it, im buying a card, and idc about old games lol. Merged Post: i dont have hd tv, and im not doing xbox live lol. so basically, i get a memory card and a controller wireless. $40 for the card, and why do i need wireless lol
It looks like you got the XBOX 360 for quite a resonable price, well done on fulfilling your dream . I really want to get the Nintendo Wii/Xbox 360. It looks like you recieved the XBOX cheaper than the Wii costs. Well done and enjoy it on your new console !

Mostly all the nextgen consoles are sold out.. everybody wants to say "You still have that lame ass ps2? *LOL*" To their friends just for bragging rights. I know some people who wait in line for about a week then go sell them on ebay for nearly 2x as much as they bought it for. Its all about profits. Some of these nextgen consoles are pure crap but they still get it just because its from Sony, Nintendo or Microsoft. If some amazing new System with a no name brand came out, you wouldn't see people mobbing others just to get one.
