Happy Holidays Or Merry Christmas?

    To me, it's annoying how people say Happy Holidays. It's like if they say Merry Christmas, someone who celebrates another holiday is gonna go up to them and protest it. Unless people already did that...

    Happy Holidays, not everyone celebrates Christmas.

    Well usally i only say merry christmas to the people i know celebrate it, so i guess merry chirstmas ftw :], oh and also to the people who say it to me.

    Yes, if you know someone celebrates then say Merry Chirstmas, if you don't know say Happy Holidays. You said what I was trying to, thank you. (Couldn't think of how to say it.)

    happy holidays, it is conceited not to acknowledge the other holidays that are around the same time.

    Even though I know about other holidays, I say Merry Christmas, thats what I celebrate :P

    Personally, I prefer Merry Christmas. It sounds better. But In public places like school, it's reasonable for happy Holidays. Or Items to buy, they want more customers.
