    I was about to post asking for a steam account and what price they want etc but I decided to check the rules. They say that you cannot sell steam accounts but I see people selling them still. Is there something im missing?

    You may only buy and sell Steam accounts for GR credits. It is against their TOS (Terms of Service) to sell the accounts for cash.

    So you may buy one that suits your needs.
