I want to learn how to surf on CSS, but I can't figure out how to get alot of air while coming off the ramp to get up high and stuff. Could someone explain how to do so? I already know how to stay on a ramp and go really fast, but I need to know how to jump.
You dont jump. if you go fast enough you will skip the gaps but if its a big gap when your near the end kinda flick of the end of the ramp. lol its hard to explain. i own at surfing.
Face toward the peak of the ramp at an angle. That might help you get in the air. Dunna, just somthing that is easier to show
When you go down a ramp, stay near the top. When the ramp nearly ends, go near the bottom and right when it ends go up at the top. That is what flick means.
I usually stay towards the bottom of the ramp. and just go off from there. But if you've ever played on surf_skyworld. Then always try to go the opposite ramp when taking off your first ramp. It gathers more speed. For example If i was Terrorist and I started out on the right ramp. Then i would surf down and when i got to the end then i would turn in midair and go across the opposite ramp. Gathers more speed like i said before. It's much easier to show than to explain through words. So sorry if my explanation makes no sense...
lol its just a mod...theres like these triangluar prisms everywhere and you kind of surf against them to reach the end...sort of like a maze but different..lemme see if i can find a vid edit: video of cs source surfing
start at top of ramp, then surf to the lower part of ramp which will get you more speed, then going near the end of rapm flick up and off the ramp to get alot of air Merged Post: but make sure do go before the ramp ends so like 2 metres before ramp ends, believe me it will get you more air
