sorry but this is a total contradiction to anything related to photoshop. let alone the fact you call them nubs, which is so disrespectful. first off. let them do whatever they want in photoshop. second off, some of these techniques actually work and third off... where do you get off saying "these are the set rules for everything and you must follow them?", you really need to let them learn themselves. oh I forgot.. your a noob.
I have 3 other tutorials on this section. Read first, nub. I am sorry for causing any offence through the wording of this tutorial. I agree with TomBom 52 that they need to learn themselves, but as the beginning states, this is ADVICE. It is not a set-in-stone contradiction or anything of that type. It is simply advice and guidelines on how to improve graphically, and no offense was meant. I will re-word or take down this "tutorial" if anyone wishes it. Also: If you really think I am a noob for posting advice, give me an explanation on HOW I am a noob. If you still think I am, give me a battle to sort it out. Even though I agree with your opinions that Photoshop should be self-taught from the ground up, allowing for help from tutorials, I think you should re-consider what you are going to say before you start flaming people who are trying to help.
