ok majin try this say you smoke 20 cigs a day every other day take one away and put it aside so like today have 19 cigs and tomm then every other day keep taking 1 away then eventually your give up slowly and wont go through such withdrawals also dont tell any of your friends you are givingup cos you know why no one will notice if you have a cig but every one will you you have told them your giving up and will rib you about it just keep it to yourself and then when you have gotten down to like 2 or 3 a day just quit
Everytime you get the urge to smoke, suck a pencil. It gives almost the same effect, exept from the nicotin. Think I heard somewhere that the feel of sucking the pen (lol) gives the body a feel that it's smoking or something.
Find a girlfriend that don't like to stay near the guys who are smoking(or just hate smokers) and if you love her you will stop Hard to do but : Love >>>>>> smoke.
when my dad was a teen, he tried smoking once. then his dad (my grandpa) found out and guess what he had for dinner that night? he made him eat 3 cigs. maybe after feeling 3 of them go down, you\'ll change.
Majin and love don't go together in the same sentence. It's more like casual sex with strangers while smoking.
To be perfectly honest, Take up or sport...or read a book or something...everytime you need to smoke...go read a paragraph or play a bit of the sport. I've never smoked but my Dad tried this and it worked. Good Luck mate.
