I have been sitting here for a while pondering over some ideas to get the credits out of the system. I have come up with a few ideas and before you call me an idiot for suggesting some of the things be certain that I am aware of the problems and repercussions of each. Just suggesting them.

    1. You could offer an auction on Administrative powers for a day.
    2. Offer maybe 10 or 20 Donator and Premium Memberships at discount prices in the Auction Room.
    3. Tax members on sales within the The Marketplace.
    4. Offer Advertising with credit pricings.
    5. Charge 20 credits to compete in SOTW contests, add 10 of those credits to the prizes, and delete the other half.
    6. Take 5% of everyones credits. Or, take 10 credits from each person, 50000 members x 10 = 500000 credits.

I planned on adding more today but as I had something else take up all my time today... =D .... I will have to add more later.

I would not think so either, but you never know, the suggestion itself could create a train of thought that could lead them to something entirely new and original. XD.

People can be un-banned, credits can be refunded. Like I said though, I do not beleive it is a possibility, just a suggestion.

verycool ideas but a lot of peopel will be mad with sum of them which is why i think they would probably not do it

    i.e
the taxation things would prolly make everybody stop sales for one day just so they would have to pay taxes so many sellers would be mad at lost business

and stuff liek that i wish u could do this to boost worth of ceds but i doubt people will go for it

Anyone who cares about 10 credits getting taken from their account needs to seriously think about leaving the forum life.

As for the taxation, people will just end up upping their prices.

About the Administrator thing, Please take that out of your mind. It will ruin the word of GR.

5% taken away from each member would be mean to the others who had a hard time to save.

Advertising with credits is great, But would be abused.

Charging to join the SOTW isn't a must.

That's all I needed to say.

Still, it's only 10 credits. As for the current ratings that's amount isn't even close to $0.50.

Not a bad idea to be honest.

Well, there are people with under 100 creds who it wouldn't be fair to take 10 from. Maybe jus take 10 from everyone over 250 creds or something. Sure people would be mad, but it would also raise the value of thier creds.

    Good point.

Or, have a set amount of credits to be removed.

    Example;

    All over 250 Credits - 10 removed
    All over 1000 Credits - 50/100 Removed
    All over 2000 Credits - 100/200 Removed

    Etc etc...
