Windows Theme

    Hi, I fairly new to computers and i seen SS of people desktops with different themes. Im posting to ask for where to get themes and maybe a tutorial on how to do it. My last questions is that if i install a theme. will it show up on other computer accounts lke my Dad(Admin) account.

    hmm, ok, but it i do nstall it and set it as my theme, he can have his normal if he chooese, corrrect?
