How did yall get in to photoshop and graphical art?


I played alot of MMOGs and hung out on the forums, and every one on them made sigs so instead of begging them to me one I started to make my own. (thats all I remember.)

 

I just made a sandwitch and jesus came out of my microwave and said to start photoshop, i then went on my computer and here i am...

nah, i just joined a forum and got tired of asking for new sigs every month

 

i found some PS photos on the web so i was like " wowza thats cool"

 

yeah lol...I was on a forum where every single person had a really junky sig (no offense), so I decided to go get ps lol =) I'm still not too great lol

 

Basically i watched my brother draw realistic images when i was little and i started drawing. Then later on as i saw the gaming graphics progress i decided to get into art by CPU...and everyone i talked to said photoshop was what i should use

 

i was at a forum before this and i was tired of asking for my sigs

 

I had photoshop on my comp and i would do minor things with it but then there were guys on the forum who were making really sweet stuff so I decided to try to learn how to use it as well.

 

i was at a nooby gfx forum (awsome for its time lol) and everyone would make sigs.

i never believed in requesting a sig cause i dont feel right lol, so i just asked how to make them and here i am today!

 

Maybe.. Eddie - the hot chick sig maker. Waaaaaay back in the day, i asked someone where they got the sexy sig, found GR through them, and I got one of Eddie's sigs and such with vida on it... and I might have started before or after that I forget.. it will be 2 years since i started i think next jan-feb...

 

It was on this one forum,when i was a noob,i was like "whats that shiny picture you have on the bottom of your post"

Then I asked how do i make one of these "Sigs"

So the guy told me you have to use photoshop to make one.

 

I first used photoshop in a computer graphics class i took

 

Well I saw people with awesome signatures, and I really wanted to make one... and requesting never really did it for me. (you know, they never can get it EXACTLY like what you want it.) so I decided I'd start making my own.

yea thats basically how it happened but also my bros a digital art major and is now in grad school for it so tht sorta gave me a boost
