people will still get ps3 anyway.. just cuz its a playstation.. All the smart people will opt for Xbox 360, Sony is gonna be like "we're Sony and we sell to dickheads"
That won't happen anytime soon because Sony took hundreds of dollars of loss to sell it at the current price.
aka were going to use cheaper parts thus resulting in a bad overall product with alot of problems.... kinda like our first release of xbox 360's and their faulty powersupplys.
Looks like the future for the PS3 is all in gloom. With the Wii and XBOX 360 out it is going to be some fierce competition. I will not buy the XBOX 360 even if there is a price cut, because I do not really like the console that much. I will be buying the Wii though as it looks fantastic.
Whoop dido one more thing that it has a problem on.. The Blu-Ray isn't reading the discs properly and the definition is staying at regular definition or H-D. Not the ULTIMATE HD ps3 was talking about. Not that good for ps3.
what about Wii? Its free, totally free, no stupid registration costs...way better. And you say 'wow I can dl all these things' thats great if you want them, personally I'd much rather not pay and not have that service. I have a PC which can get me those items anyway, why pay MORE money for something else to let me do it... just saying
Very poor logic to say 360's hype is over. Every news channel I saw said "Low amount of PS3's could cause people to buy 360's". So yeah, hype ain't over, and with that logic then the other console's hype will also be over in a year, so stop MS bashing. As far as the buggy software, whatever. That's not true. Windows is fine now, after 2 service packs. You say this based on what logic? How long is this going to take? Right now Xbox360 has a HUGE lead, so I'm anxious to see when your prediction is going to happen. BTW: People who see 599 US DOLLARS are immediately turned off. That's a LOT of people. Just watch the news reports on the PS3, all the casters say that.
Seriously though at this point in time you have to be really optimistic to argue that the 360 could sell more than the wii or ps3.
