Does anyone know of a software that i can record from my stereo which is plugged upto my comp. I wanna record a tape off my stereo onto my comp then burn to a cd usin some sorta software or media player but cant find anythin to record with?
Its a tape someone i know made that recorded it off his decks to a tape.Is that still against copyright laws?
If he recorded the music himself then no. if he copied a musicians album to a tape then yes. You are allowed to make 1 copy of a CD, DVD or tape you own for back-up purposes, but are not allowed to give it to anyone, which sounds like what your friend did.
