    How do some of you make the boarder where you have black a dif color then black again?

    I do this:

    1. create a new layer
    2. Ctrl+A
    3. Edit>Stroke> choose your color ,border width; Location>inside
    4. on the same layer use the magic wand tool and click somewhere that's not the border.
    5. Edit>Stroke> ur color,border width ( 3px );Location>inside
    6. repeat step 4+5 but the same border width as in step 3 and same color ofcourse
