Is it possible for someone to put ring tones and wallpapers on the phone LG245?

Also, I have a bluetooth laptop and it has detected the phone before, but won't transfer.

 

If it's supposed to be able toconnect to the computer, just use the wire that should have come with it, if not, just transfer from another phone.

 

Dont have another phone, and it did not come with a wire.
