What Do You Consider Respected?

I've been seeing in topics lately about people trying to stick up for themselves by calling themselves "respected members at gr", I just want to know from the actual members here, what you might consider respected. It doesn't always have to be the number of reputation they have.

Now I don't know if there's been a thread about this before, I asked Axiom about it via MSN and he didn't know if there had been one.

Not really. Titles mean nothing. Being global mod doesnt automatically give you respect. You gotta earn it.

 

people like your artwork,and you can be able to joke around with people saying something like "u asshole" and not have them start a flamewar, and yea u go on irc alot

Lennox has a point, being a global mod, or a moderator doesnt just make you respected, you could be the least liked person on the forum and still be a moderator. It's how you use your powers that get you respect.

 

Pfft, that means nothing. The only thing I'm worried about is the button beside warn level with the option to suspend

 

I meant that half sarcastically because I know at least 25% of the members here think they're ---- doesn't stink if you know what I mean.

well respected imo, is someone who helps other people out regardless of being repped, has been on the site for a while and has posted alot of items (sigs, wallpapers, renders etc.). Also people who show a positive attitude and who has good artwork.

Tazzycorner, in my opinion is a respectable person. He helps out new members by giving them free tutorials and free tags for learning rights and introduces them into the community that is gamerenders. He buys people things with money that he's accumulated on his paypal account and overall is a good person.

Anybody who helps people here, by way of assisting them with requests, giving them advice, giving positive critique and generally being nice ,earns respect...regardless of their artistic ability, good or bad.

Also any person who does something and expects nothing in return.

PS tazzycorner is a top guy, generous and very nice so he would certainly deserves respect among many others.
