Stuck Pixel Or Dead One?

How can u tell? I dont know which one i have, just bought a lcd screen now i see a red dot in the middle, kinda in the middle... dead or stuck?

 

Probably stuck. Usually dead pixels are black. Or thats just what ive experienced

 

Not really, the last one I had was blue. Just make sure its not something on the lcd. Just try to scratch it off, if that doesn't work, make white wallpaper and use it as a screensaver, then you can check if its still there.

 

i used a black wallpaper, the color was kinda pinkish

 

Yeah it's stuck.
