You're really pushing it now , its getting really annoying , i think you're only doing that because you're so angry you didin't get one or perhaps couldn't afford one so you decided to try and make it look bad. Seriously though , STOP! , because its not working , and anyone with half a brain wouldn't actually listen to you and not buy a PS3 because of some post you made. Am surprised by the number of PS3 Haters in the forum.
i have nearly $4500 of my own money saved up right and i work at a target and could have gotten one on release day. I think I coudl afford it... lets put it this way. mY PC has 8 times the system RAM, a processor which is about 3 times as powerful in real wrld applications, and in time when i sheel out cash, i'll have a graphics card which is around 2-3 times as pwoerfull as the RSX chip used in the PS3. =================== So... either I'm jealous or i don't want an obsolete overprice POS which will fail miserably due to bad design. a year and a half ago, I was looking at the concept behind the PS3 and I was wowed, since then it's been discovered that such said concept does not work in reality(Cell is incapable) and the console costs about twice as much as origianlly expected. and for the record, I own a PS2 and I don't own an xbox. I opt towards the better platform and this generation, it's looking to be the wii on the budget end, the xbox 360 on the midrange/budge end and the PC on the highend. out of curiosity what is so good about the ps3? GFX wise it currently doesn't offer anything more than the xbox 360, price/performance wise ti can beat neither the xbox nor the wii. it doesn't even have a vibration function. BULL----.
Eh, I don't mind it much...but there are too many topics about people hating the PS3, I think one or two topics is enough. However, its Karma for when we, the Sony fanboys, made fun of the 360.
i wouldn't go that far, it's still a decent system for those who can't afford anything better, and most people don't even know what a decent system si capable of until two years after the parts have been out and variations are released in consoles.

you're computer wouldn't be capable of emulating a PS3 for the following reasons 1 prettymuch nothing is powerful enoguh to emulate the hardware fo the PS3, emulate tis operating system, run windows, and run the game simultaneously 2 no emulators exist
If you're willing to spend that much on a game system, by all means, go for a ps3. I'm a big fan of sony, I have a Cybershot Camera, ps2, vaio laptop, and all my tvs and dvd players are sony. However, I don't think I'll be getting a ps3.
I think the PS3 is a massive rip-off Its also quite ironic for all the sony fanboys who slagged off the 360 for having bugs when the PS3s bug it worse!
