    Not itunes.
The iPod thing that you install with the cd that comes with your ipod.

    EDIT:
    the possible fix?
    http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108167

Backup your registry first. I never do personally but I'm an idiot. DO IT.

This is a pretty common problem. Has been for years.

    1. Make sure you are admin.

    2. Re-install - then uninstall.
    Maybe not tho.

    3. Do you need another way to access ur Ipod via PC?

I do have another way to acces it, but I can only update it in iTunes.
Which isn-t working, because some strange error appears, or something about some folder that can-t be found.

go to program files and delete the folder with the program, thenr egedit it out of existence.

or try reinstalling it and then uninstalling it.

    I'll try that.

    Merged Post:

It didn't let me delete the folder, but I think I deleted it from the regedit.

    Re-install Itunes.
Could work. It was said to be done to help what your error is.
And I know you mean another program.
