Windows Vista Aka Aids

So you know vista is really going to be the worst thing ever to happen. Vista will cost $600 and open the door to party vanning you for having illegal music or looking at child porn. Major companies are working together for a future processor that will be able to recognize illegal things and report them to the government, I personally think this is a horrible creation and I am hoping at least linux will be able to stay away from it for a while.

You won't be able to play illegal music yada yada I think the future will be a high tech hell indeed. What are your veiws on this?

 

Don't worry, theres always gonna be someone who find their way around it. By the way, they can't track it if you're behind a router, block it on your firewall, and somehow delete the program ;]

 

Actually it won't be a program, it will be in the cpu and extremely hard to disable since its built in. I think major companies like intel, amd, ibm,.... are all in pitching it to the project. The new processors, an ati graphic cards on an amd implanted with aids too. And if it really is somehow going to detect child porn I am sure it will make 1,000s of mistakes.

 

this will increase transmeta's and VIA's market shares for sure.

so who's heard of AMD, let alone transmeta and vai?

there will need to be some software support for this as the OS would have to recognise stuff.

probably wouldn't be too hard to crack..
