Just curious with all the mayhem that is a console launch if anyone here was lucky enough to get a PS3. If so, is it everything they are saying it is?
I was #109 in line at the local Best Buy, so I was stoked to find out they still had 20GB's left. I have yet to open it due to the fact im debating whether to fork it over to some sap on eBay.
Sell it on ebay. Who cares... you make like $4,500ish... Then you can buy another one and every game that comes out for a good time. You have to wait what? 1 month before the enxt shipment comes?
Did anyone get shot or robbed yet?? It was on the news earler today that there was a shooting at one of the launch stores. I think Ill wait on my PS3 mainly becuase the first gens of somethings usealy have some sort of bug or glitch in them, One of my friend got a 360 on launch day and had to send it back 3 different times to get it fixed.
My friends got like 5 of them. I can get one from em for cheap and then sell it on eBay. I can patiently wait for another shipment lol. It doesn't really bother me. I did the same with Xbox, and neways, while waiting, I can play Gears of War lol.
I ended up grabbing 7 of them. 1 for myself, 6 others to ruin some kids Christmas and put on eBay. I haven't opened mine yet, still trying to decide whether or not I want to sell it and get the 2nd gen or not...
I got 2, im selling 60 gig one on ebay, for 1k and the price will get higher anyway, the 20gig i kept for my self, im about to go and rent a game from the local store that rents games, hopefully they got some games
Pictures or it didn't happen. Piece of paper with your GR name in front of it. Stop trying to increase your e-dick. The people up there claiming you bought 7 and friends buying like 6 a piece, thats BS, most stores limit it to 1 per person, and most of the ones with fewer models are limiting it to 1 per household.
I didnt get one yet and I wouldnt get it on the launch because there is always problems with the first shipment of a console, remember the 360..
Actually, they are limiting it to one per household over the entire United States...when you buy one you have to give your name. telephone number, address etc etc. You didn't get 7 of them, simple as that.
