    I've seen already dubble quad cores. (Dual Clovertowns) Not for sale though.

    You don't need quad-core tbh, xelink and john do teach you a thing or two ;)
    Quad-Core is for business and servers, the price isn't right if you're not going to be running 10 cpu-raping apps at once.

    How about companies focus on implementing Dual core support before we have to jump to quad.

    But thats just stupid. Cuz then u could just sell the intel and take the money u got paid to get an AMD xP

    really tho, it's annoying that people are that like.. anti-Intel or ----AMD that they keep saying Intel sucks when it's better than AMD atm.

    This might be a noob question...but what's Quad Core?

    Is it like 4 processors?

    to a point but not quite.

    it has 4 processing cores.

    it's a misnomer to say it is liek 4 processors, but it isn't far form ebing accurate

    and as was said, at this time tehre is no need for more than two for the average user and those who do need mroe than two are typically doing VERY high end media and business and woudl be looking more towards the server/workstation market with opterons and Xeons
