Wii Uses Sd Cards Right?

is it any kind of SD cards or specific ones built for Wii or what? Is it gonna use the same ones for sale 6 months ago at bestbuy or some new kinda crap to get them more money.

and the bestbuy thing.. kinda made that up...

But they are SD Cards now, not memory, which makes me think they might be the same we use for like, camera's and such.

They are like, 1"x1.8"x0.1" cards. Thats WxDxH.
They are used on digital camera's usually. A 1gb can be pretty cheap around 20 bucks, a 2gb 30 sometimes but usually bout 40. Sales help tho.

SDs are pretty cheap, prices will probably go up because of the wii though. I already have 2 for my palm so im set ^_^

 

Well thats why Im buying NOW before I get the Wii - I jsut hope I end up gettin the damned Wii.

 

Im not sure; I know it uses a "Wiicard" and you can also use a Gamecube Card.

Thats what I love about the Wii, previous gen compatability.
