[ag] .fx Ripped Me

I sent the PSD and here is my two cents...

Also Nothing is the same, I used different BG, different Stocks, Different Placement of the Dots, Different Placement of Elmo, Text tis not exactly the same.... Good Luck with this but you are a true iimmature little kid and can't handle situations like an adult.

 

I have not recieved the PSD from either of you.

 

The most I see here is a possible layer rip and being unoriginal.

Ok heres a thing, how are the two elmo's EXACTLY the same?

 

The PSD Was sent and this case was closed on ArtisticGFX because the owner looked at it and just laughed. They are nothing alike. Look at the layers nothing is exactly the same nor even close infact.

 

it looks as if the only ripped parts (if there are any) are on the left side of the tag, on the left of elmo's head.

 

Those are bars that you Apply image and press ctrl+g, it is not that hard and with the gradient/filters they look the same.

If you look in his tag in the psd, his Bars at the end are straight.

Mine are slanted because I used the Marquee tool.

Nothing is exactly or closely alike.

 

The only thing I see is an obv rip of the lighting.

The bars look similar, and it looks like he could of ripped the circles and just made them smaller.

I suggest to avoid using the same stocks/renders/colors on same effects and binding to tutorials too closely. Then these rip cases wouldn't be so difficult.

 

Obvious rip Lighting ? The Lighting is not a obvious rip lmfao sorry bro the PSDs were checked and no layers were the same at all...

Circles are totally different what are you talking about. They were made by me of course and they are all different and spread out unlike his.

 

This doesnt need anymore discussion. I have one PSD and will wait till I get the other one to compare the 2.

If you are not AG .FX or v o g u e please do not post. Staff is involved in this and other comments make it tougher for staff to find what the 2 involved are saying.

this case is sooo sick. Because of this thing my respect went for everybody who are blind with this. Really. This is one of the most stupid things i have ever seen. Close this case and i hate fx for ever now for ripping me and don't get punished. I'm so f*cking mad right now. If i make something i don't want to get ripped. Nobody wants. But the biggest problem is that he also applied with my layers, with my idea, with my tag. He also sold and that's just soooooooooo unbelievable stupid

 

As I stated, I did not see any ripping from the tags themselves. I asked for the PSD's to compare the layers in each, FX sent me his, yet you did not.

You accuse him of ripping layers, and this has also been resolved on other sites from what people have said. I was going to review the case all over here regardless of what others have said.

Choice was yours and still is.
