Hahaha, dude, i sold over 30 / 40 accounts here ( steam accounts ) so i know how it works and all that stuff. I think you're new with steam because when your account get stolen u can send e-mail to valve and you get the account back so the accounts can't be stolen. Illegal? U don't think something like valve will accept illegal accounts with fake CD-KEYS...u can maybe make it but in some weeks the account will be deleted...yea there are programs like steam - *** i don't gonna tell the name, to make illegal accounts and play all the games for free but then you can't sell it because you CAN'T use it on original Steam.. So shi* about the accounts are stolen or illegal keep it for your self. I get all my accounts from a guy i buy from him already some years 3 - 4 years i think, accounts for VERY cheap so that why we sell it for cheap.
