Locked Threads Section?

    I dont think a new section for locked threads is a good idea.

    We (staff) lock threads for a reason, whether it be a finished auction, spam thread, flame fest etc. Once they are done and locked, they are allowed to remain for others to view, just not comment on. If you want to see locked threads, view the last page of each section, they will all end up there eventually.
