Alright check this out, I was suspened for a couple of days for a rule that I was not aware of. I am new to this site, and I am a PAYING customer. When I wrote admin regarding why they suspended me, they replied to my email with a very rude and disrespectful return email instead of just explaining the matter at hand they made a mockery of me and treated me like a common idiot. Is this how to treat a PAYING customer? With inconsiderate remarks? If you dont believe me, I am enclosing the email. But, I will leave this persons name out of the email, because I, unlike him, is an adult and will have SOME respect. Here goes, enjoy:

"The date you join has no influence on punishment. It's your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules when you join, just because the rule was made before you joined doesn't mean it doesn't apply to you. If you are in fact almost 30 years old (according to your profile), you should have the common sense to know that. Suspensions are your warning, that is why they are given out. We aren't here to babysit or anything along those lines, we're here to enforce the rules and take action."

First off, you are not a customer, you are a donator.

Second off I do not see how that email is offensive.

I agree totally, it is not the moderators job to make you read the rules, that is your own responsibility.

If you have a problem with a staff member, PM Shaggy about it. I wasn't being disrespectful, I was trying to explain something to you as you clearly didn't grasp an understanding of how things work here. I'd say that's pretty obvious in that PM I sent you. Since you didn't explain the circumstances surrounding my reply to your e-mail, I'll go ahead and explain that as well.

You were suspended for breaking the advertising rule, plain and simple. I enclosed an e-mail to you to alert you as to why you were suspended and received this reply:

"Why was my account suspended it looks like you made that rule sept 4 i didnt join until sept 6 or 7 and plus im a noobie and i also payed good money for my account i think warning me or pm me would have been more -----. when i can get back on ill delete any advertising i didnt know about."

My remark about your age was merely to convey that you should be mature and responsible enough to acquaint yourself with our rules when you join, you shouldn't need someone to hold your hand and do it.

EDIT: You buying the donator status doesn't give you "diplomatic immunity" so to speak. We treat all members the same, regardless of their status on the site when it comes to the memberships.
