do you have voices in your head? "so someone give us." just joking...anyway there are plenty of free tuts on this forum. As far as what programs you could use, here is a list:
    Adobe Photoshop CS+CS2
    Gimp
    Adobe photoshop illustrator
    adobe photoshop elements
Macromedia Flash (for animation, although flash isn't allowed on this site).
    3ds max (animation, 3d models/images)
this is all that i pretty much use, some of the programs are expensive...you may want to find an "alternative" way of getting the programs besides going to the store/online and buying them.

The most popular program is Photoshop. Thats for sure, however it is very exprensive so GIMP is a good way to go too. Just google anything else u need to kno about those free programs like GIMP.

The best are GIMP and Photoshop.

Photoshop is ahrder to use and you have to pay for it, or risk being c aught if you pirate it.((Which 90% of the people pirate))

Gimp is like a smaller version of Photoshop, its much easier to use, and it's free.

Most people just get photoshop w/o paying if you know what I mean.
