Oh i see , well thanks for explaining this to me. I assume the only way to "transfer" the money from the us account i made to the new israeli one that i will make is to add a credit card to the us one and send the money to the israeli one? or is there another way?
Yes, as far as I know of but check if you can still send money with your existing one If you can, there is no need to add a CC Merged Post: Yes, as far as I know of but check if you can still send money with your existing one If you can, there is no need to add a CC
My sending limit is 0 , and its ben 0 ever since i've created the account. I know i dont have a credit card or bank account added to my paypal account , but aren't i supposed to have some sending limit?
yeah, I thought you should have! that's how paypal suck ... the money got stuck with them and it eventually becomes theirs if you can't transfer them out
I am unsure about that, sorry. But I think accounts outside USA have a bigger send limit if I am not mistaken
