Chances are that these kids won't get more than a few years because of their age. Its disgusting how they can get away with something so brutal. What do you guys think the punishment should be?
That happened in Canada, he can be charges as a youth or as an adult. That gives no specifics on what the kids had done, and that needs to be heard before you can expect someone to give him a punishment. First off, why was the kid under 17 involved? Second off, what happened before the abuse? Who did most of the abusing? You can't make a decision now. Anyways, cruelty to animals is an early sign of psychopath's. Now, to continue on I think that the media has blown it out of proportion, not that I support the idea of the kids, but the fact that they make such a big deal over this one event. I can almost gaurentee that it wasn't intended to be harmless and it got out of control. The kid shouldn't have to suffer in jail with people who have assaulted humans and sometimes murdered humans.

its one thing when it comes to hunting, killing cows and chicken for food etc...like i dnt care bout people who think dats wrong cause its not...but then abusing an animal like this...or how its described...well then u hav to admit that is pretty fkin messed up...i mean beating, dragging it, duck taping its legs...wow...nasty
I say of found guilty, they need to eat the dog. I for one have a strict policy of eating what I kill. I hunt and only shoot what I plan to eat, if I dont want to eat it, I dont shoot it. Plain and simple.
Man, I would beat the living hell out of that kid. I'd tie his arms and legs together, put a bag over his head, and drag him for a mile or so behind a car, see how he likes it. I Love dogs...
I am not saying their only punishment is eating the dog. They will go to prison as well, but eating the dog they drug behind a car might not taste very good. If they get off on it, fine. Wait till Bubba and his party friends get a hold of them, I am sure they will wish they were drug around and taped. Bubba wont even give them a reach around.
Its a bad thing to do but I hate these people who care more about their dumb ass animals that for fellow human beings. 60 people protest against some kid who duct taped a dogs legs. Some guy kidnaps and kills a 6 year old girl not even half that ammount would show up and protest. I hate him too, but care for your fellow human beings who suffer more. Lady is dumb. Why would inmates deal with him. They'd just laugh at him for being an idiot.
