I hate to tell it to you dude, but you don't have the freedom to free speech. If you go to school and say "**** you" to a teacher are you punished??? If you go somewere lets just say school again and say "I smoke weed all the time" will you not be sent to the councler or have your rights infringed upon in one way shape or form by someone?? ya you will. Great, another political debate, and I'm great at them, but I'll just make this short: Cowmisfit is right, there is A freedom of speech, but it is limited, so it's really a LAW of speech. Anyways, I'm all fot the new rule, I put it on my rules list when I make forums every time. And also, another limitation of speech is when to say it. A man can be infront of a giant crowd of white supremises(sp?) saying racial things, but when he is infront of a judge with the skin color he hates, if he makes an outburst, he's gone. Why? Why can't they lock away all racists when they continue to protest? And another thing is, Freedom of Speech is cut when it becomes slander, but since people are making fun of Bush and Kerry, it's no slander, and if it's typed, it's not libel. Now, if they started going deeper and pulling him apart, exposing every little flaw infront of the group he represents, they will get jailed.
