Possible Rip?

okay, so i'm selling these tags for underworld, he's a good friend of mine. So a few days ago, I sold #2 in the auction to Tiller, he then shows some outcomes of them and it appears he's ripped. I've shown this .gif to many people and they all think the same, yet on NSL he's been "cleared" of ripping even though this whole thing didn't even go down on NSL, so it doesn't even really pertain to this situation.

I'm just wanting this to get cleared up, he says apparently there was a stock image he used, the same as underworld used but underworld apparently gave him "permission" to use the same, but if you notice closely, it looks as if there's a dissolve layer in there that was used in both of the tags and you can still see somewhat of the parts of the ear from the guy in the tag underworld made.

 

this was resolved on NSL...it was a stock used in both of them i think

 

but if you notice, there's a dissolve layer, which is what i'm really focused on, is that it matches.

 

I took the stock image, made it a psd and did a dissolve layer, and tried to match it up... but anyways, resolved on nsl. and neff said not guilty, then you act like an asshokle on nsl and msn, and you ged and post it here, nice try

 

sorry tiller, i'm not currently signed up on NSL, and being that this whole thing dealt with GR, then whatever happens on NSL doesn't really pertain to this situation.

 

Please post or PM me the original stock used so I may compare the 2.

Tiller has given me the original stock used, he is also going to send me his PSD so I may also compare them.

Dizastr -Please send me your PSD as well, so I may compare both files side my side to make the correct call on if a rip has occurred.

alright like dizastr says i give him permit to sell my psd's and tiller bought the sig also he ask me by msn to use the first layer wich is the stock and the c4d i told him yes but even if he use the same layer he can't have the same exactly outcome because all layers as displace wich u need to use a psd to create the displace and i dont think he as the same psd as i used to create the displace effect and 1 more think he want it 2 be so similian he even create the gollum ear on his outcome ? i think even a blind can see the truth
