I scanned with avg, ad-aware se, spybot s&d, and windows defender. I deleted everything that came up. But it's still up now. What I do know is a few times when I clicked mozilla firefox, some virus buster site came up and yes, I deleted virus buster scanner off my pc (I believe my brother might have installed it...). Although my PC is running super fast, it's not slow or anything...
it might be that previously, your computer shut down illegally too many times, or something. can you click on that icon at all, or the bubble?
I thought I did....I removed it from programs. What else should I try, if you have any idea? I have restarted the computer two times now.
