Guys, you all know i've been giving away FTP account for use right? Now my account got Suspended yesterday due to ofcourse someone who might have uploaded something which was not legal. Resulting in suspension of my hosting account which I bought for 20$, my luck is that the guy who is also my host is making me a new account and I will have to give some people there FTP account information but since this kind of thing happens, can you people suggest me something and what do you guys say to those people who led me to this? Even I told them not to upload anything bad, they did and the result is.. Loss of my 20$. Do I deserve this? Am I so bad? What should I do now mates? Help me out on this please. ;( :( ;(

Ask your host why you were banned, and if it was for uploading illegal stuff, ask what directory it was found in. From that info. you should be able to work out who uploaded the illegal stuff. You then don't have to give this person their account back as they broke the rules.

You are a reseller to an FTP host, that means that YOU are responsible for your clients just as the main host is to you. You didn't deserve it, par say, you just should have saw it coming. With the agreement it states nothing illegal, and that happened under you because it was your client who did it. You didn't allow it to happen but it was still your fault considering it was a buyer under you. So, since you are responsible for your buyers and the host is responsible for there buyers... you had something illegal happen and they took force just as you were going to. SO, all-in-all there is nothing that can be said here other than *shrugs* Oh Well. Not to be an ass.

I do suggest hiring people to check up on the FTP accounts every day or couple days so that you don't have something like this happen again. I also want to say that finding the person without the host telling you any information, well, that is going to be impossible, because no one will fess up and they will want their account back. I guess just give all of them back and find someone to look over 'em bro.
