What Program Opens This File

What program opens the .ico file which means icon, i really need to know because PS can't and i want to doing something with my friends.

Yea well it may take time for some one who knows what there doing to reply xD.

 

There is an extension you can get for photoshop so it can open up .icos

May i ask how do i add it onto PS.

 

try just changing it to .gif or something. I had a .gif that had to be a .ico and i simply renamed it and it worked

 

Save it into your plugins folder here

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins\File Formats

If that doesnt work just save it into

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins\
